2.3 We do not guarantee the continuous availability of services or freedom from any technical disruptions.

3.1 You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

3.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for security reasons or violations of these terms.

4.1 You agree not to use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4.2 Prohibited behaviors include: attempting to compromise service security, using automated tools for bulk access, spreading malware, or harassing other users.

4.3 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our services without explicit authorization.

5.1 All content, trademarks, software, and designs on the platform are the property of AiTeachOnline or its licensors.

5.2 You retain ownership of content you generate, but grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content.

5.3 AI-generated learning paths and tutoring content are for personal educational use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.

6.1 We offer Free, Pro, and Team subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through automatic renewal.

6.2 You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6.3 Refund Policy: Full refunds are available within 14 days of the first payment, but issued certificates will be revoked.

6.4 Prices may be adjusted at any time, with changes communicated 30 days in advance.

7.1 Services are provided "as is" and we make no express or implied warranties.

7.2 AI-generated content may contain errors or incomplete information and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

7.3 Learning outcomes vary by individual, and we do not guarantee any specific learning results or skill mastery.

8.1 In no event shall AiTeachOnline be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of the services, unless required by law.

8.2 Our maximum total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

9.1 In the event of a dispute, both parties should first attempt to resolve it through amicable negotiation.

9.2 If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute, it shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction over the defendant's location.

10.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via email or website notification.

10.2 Continued use of the services constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
